FAQs

  • Returns & Refunds Policy:
    Orders that are unopened and unused only can be returned within 14 days from time of order being received. Postage costs are non-refundable. Goods that arrive back in an unsellable condition may be subject to a reduction in the refund value or rejection of refund. A refund will be issued once goods are returned within 7 working days.   • Damaged goods upon arrival of order:
    All orders are packaged securely to ensure goods arrive safely to customers. If goods do happen to be damaged in transit, please email -wonderland_soaps_ireland@yahoo.com within 7 days upon the package received using the subject line “Damaged Item”. Please provide pictures and description of the issue for an exchange/refund. Postage costs for faulty/damaged goods will be refunded.
  • My soap bar I received looks slightly different to the picture on the website?
    As a small business I try to make each soap bar look the same, however as each soap bar is individually handcrafted the design may be slightly different than the one in the picture.
  • Are your soaps cruelty free/environmentally friendly?
    My soaps are both cruelty free, and palm oil free. I also offer vegan soap options which feature either argan oil, oats milk, shea butter or vegetable oil as a base alternative to goat's milk. Only bio-glitter is used as an eco-friendly alternative to traditional plastic based glitter. ​
  • Is the price displayed for one bar of soap or for all that’s visible in the picture?
    The prices listed are per bar unless otherwise specified. I often show multiple bars of each to highlight any slight changes in designs. Full details are listed under each product. ​
  • How to keep your soap bar fresh and last as long as possible?
    Soap bars have the potential to last a long time, the trick is to keep them as dry as possible between each use. Water breaks the soap bar down, so keeping it in the direct stream of your shower will shorten its lifespan. Store it outside of the shower on a soap dish, ideally one with holes, to let it dry. Suitable soap dishes are available for purchase from my website.
  • My items were gone from my cart before I could complete my checkout, what happened?"
    Unfortunately, when multiple customers are adding the same item to their cart, there is a possibility that your chosen item might be out of stock. Each item has a limited quantity of stock. Please follow my social media for any restock announcements.
  • Can I customize my product?
    Unfortunately this isn’t possible at the moment, however hopefully in the future this will be.
  • Why is my order delayed?
    Unfortunately, sometimes there will be delays, especially with the current pandemic. If your order still hasn’t arrived after 8-10 business days, please email wonderland_soaps_ireland@yahoo.comwith your details and include your tracking number.
  • I've input the wrong address, can you send a replacement or refund?"
    Unfortunately not, you're responsible for entering the correct address when ordering. If a mistake was made please email wonderland_soaps_ireland@yahoo.com as soon as possible so it can be rectified before shipping. Once an order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
  • How long will it be until I receive my order?
    All orders take 1-3 working days to be processed. The current postage time within Ireland is 4-6 business days. International orders will take longer according to location. If you have any queries regarding your order, please email - wonderland_soaps_ireland@yahoo.com . ​
  • How long can I wait before I use my soap?
    I recommend using products within 6 months for the best results. Soap itself will still be good to use after this time, however essential oils/colors might slightly fade or change.
  • Do you provide free products to bloggers, youtubers and representatives?"
    Unfortunately this isn’t possible. I am very proud of my products, however as a small business the cost and time put into them doesn't allow for sampling and free promotion. I’m incredibly grateful to all my customers for supporting my small business and trusting my company and fully welcome your feedback/reviews. ​

MY CLAIMS:

All wonderland products are soy free, sulfate(SLS) free, paraben free and gluten free. Vegan friendly soaps are also available for purchase. Any exceptions will be stated within the product’s description details. Products are made using organic biodegradable glitters, responsibly sourced micas colorants and essential oils . All ingredients used are detailed under each product.
